I have been so excited to share a project I have been working on over the last few weeks. I teamed up with my gym here in Russia to help inspire women in 2017 to get involved with fitness. I have decided to choose 10 different exercise to show how to get started with a certain exercise and then push yourself to advanced. It’s never too late to start! So, stay tuned because I will be showing you the steps to take in order to perform a burpee, pistol squats, box jumps and different variations of push-ups! Who wants to get fit in 2017?
